Eligibility Criteria

For Indian students, 2026 session
  • Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • Minimum 60% in Biology and an overall GPA of 7 or above
  • Qualified NEET-UG with valid pass marks (mandatory for Indian students)
  • Minimum 17 years of age on 31st December of the admission year
  • No entrance test and no IELTS / TOEFL requirement
  • Medically fit and eligible for a Bangladeshi student visa

How the 5 + 1 year MBBS is organised

The USBMC curriculum follows the University of Dhaka framework — closely aligned with the Indian MBBS syllabus, which makes FMGE/NExT preparation far easier.

1 Phase I · Year 1–1.5

Basic Sciences

Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry taught through dissection hall practicals, museums and modern labs.

2 Phase II · Year 2–3

Para-Clinical

Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine and Pharmacology, with the first structured hospital exposure.

3 Phase III · Year 3–4

Clinical Rotations

Pathology and Microbiology alongside ward postings in Medicine, Surgery and Gynaecology.

4 Phase IV · Year 4–5

Final MBBS + Internship
